so, i spent the night at my sister and her husband’s apartment last night. this morning, i woke up, and i was cleaning as a thank you. i then decided to make some toast for breakfast.

my toast was done. it was NOT smoking. nothing was wrong! the smoke alarm starts going off! i’m freaking out! no one is here! they just got married, and i’m about to burn down their first apartment! i frantically fanned the smoke alarm, and it finally stopped.

now i’m contemplating whether or not i should tell them about my oops.
